Joseph Alsheikh leads our team with passion, professionalism, and a commitment to exceptional guest service. A San Diego native and certified Level 1 Sommelier, Joseph blends West Coast warmth with high standards to create a dining experience that’s both welcoming and elevated. He believes great restaurants are built on strong teams and memorable moments, and he’s dedicated to delivering both every day. Whether he’s on the floor connecting with guests or behind the scenes mentoring his staff, Joseph’s leadership is rooted in care, consistency, and a love for the craft. Outside of work, Joseph enjoys staying active, discovering new wines, and spending time with friends and family over great food and conversation.

Sarah specializes in planning unforgettable private parties and ensuring our restaurant runs smoothly day to day. With a strong background in organization, leadership, and a dash of creativity, she love turning big ideas into seamless guest experiences. One of Sarah's proudest accomplishments is having started as a hostess at Chart House and working her way up—proof that passion, hard work, and a positive attitude really do pay off. What she loves most about my role is meeting people from all walks of life and making their time with us extra special. Whether it’s a milestone celebration or a quiet dinner with friends, Sarah is here to help make every moment memorable.

Meet Adolfo Morales - Executive Chef

With over a decade of experience in high-volume culinary operations, Chef Adolfo Morales brings both precision and passion to the kitchen. His background includes leadership roles at top destinations such as Great Maple, Pixar Place Hotel at the Disneyland Resort, Splitsville Luxury Lanes in Downtown Disneyland, and Brio Italian Grille at the Irvine Spectrum. Driven by a deep love for both food and family, Adolfo finds purpose in creating memorable dining experiences and mentoring his team to grow and thrive. For him, there’s no greater reward than seeing a dish bring joy to a guest—and knowing the team had a hand in making it happen.
